I recently brought my Lexus IS to Al Dean’s Auto Repair for an A/C issue, and Chuck went above and beyond. He was able to take me in the same day, explained everything clearly, and was completely transparent about the costs. He recharged the system but let me know he wasn’t able to get a full vacuum and advised me to come back if any problems came up.
Sure enough, the low-pressure valve failed after the recharge. Chuck replaced the valve and recharged the system free of charge, standing behind his work 100%. On top of that, he offered me cold water and even offered to drop me off and pick me up while the car was being worked on.

Al Dean’s Auto Repair was a great place to get my car checked out. They were very honest and upfront with a focus in customer service. If you come here they will take good care of you and at very reasonable and fair prices.
When I got my car fixed they were kind and even educated me about my car and gave me great advice to avoid certain issues I was having. Will be going here from now on!
