Single mother of two special needs children. I had to have SER. The state messed up the paperwork Greg faught for my little family. Weeks of calling to correct it. Greg never gave up! Zach was out to repair immediately after the paperwork was fixed. Not sure what the other technician name was. They worked nonstop for hours as problems arise. Air Works is the only HVAC company I will recommend or use myself. From the more than fair estimate to fighting with the state to rectify their mistakes and get us heat and hot water to installation. I can’t say enough great things about Airworks Heating and Cooling! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the person on the phone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were able to send a technician out the same day, which was such a pleasant surprise. The tech arrived right on time and was just as friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed both of my gas heaters and had everything running smoothly in no time. Greg was responsive and scheduled the work in a timely manner. They worked with us on arrival times amd called us on the way to the project. Austin was great! The guys got the job done, and met/exceeded expectations despite less than ideal conditions. I removed some vinyl siding to reattach the J block and they installed a new disconnect box for us. The condenser got a new pad and they hauled away the old equipment. Overall we're happy with the experience and the work that was done.

Pat, from Airworks, is the most professional and skilled heating & cooling expert I have ever had work in my home. He was fast, efficient, affordable and did an amazing job.
