Terrible experience. I went 4 days with no heat in my home. To be told by Kelly that it was the pressure switch, then added on a new board, and then tried telling me the new board he installed was bad and that we needed another one again……also tried to tell me that the board that was in my unit wasn’t correct to begin with (not true). eventually after 4 days became fed up and told him to remove the parts as this shouldn’t be so difficult for someone that has over 35 years in the business. We used AirServ of Mansfield to maintenance our Two furnaces. I appreciated the technicians professionalism and knowledge. He explained everything to me in a way i could understand. I felt he went above and beyond what was expected.

Mr.Kelly C. is very personable and knowledgeable in his trade. He answered our calls and made the proper adjustments needed in our furnace. Highly recommended!

The group here is amazing people and work hard to get your heat or a/c going again! I unfortunately needed a new furnace and they took care of me every step of the way!! They will do whatever they can to help you. I highly recommend you call them
