Just had a person come out and look at my AC furnace for a diagnostic. They originally told me yesterday that they might not be able to squeeze me in today but if they could, then I would just get a phone call in the morning. So I said OK no problem. They called me and said a technician was on their way and I said great! The technician got here he was professional, very personable knowledgeable, and didn’t try and rip me off of anything. However, there was a $90 diagnostic fee that I was completely unaware about that the lady on the phone did not tell me about so I was left to pay this $90 that I had no idea I was going to be forced to pay an... However, there was a $90 diagnostic fee that I was completely unaware about that the lady on the phone did not tell me about so I was left to pay this $90 that I had no idea I was going to be forced to pay and luckily he didn’t need to do anything, but it would’ve been nice to have a heads up because I probably wouldn’t have made the appointment had I known it was gonna be $90
