Just had a person come out and look at my AC furnace for a diagnostic. They originally told me yesterday that they might not be able to squeeze me in today but if they could, then I would just get a phone call in the morning. So I said OK no problem. They called me and said a technician was on their way and I said great! The technician got here he was professional, very personable knowledgeable, and didn’t try and rip me off of anything. This is our second year working with Air Authority and are highly pleased. Our technical Damian is friendly and communicative. He always does a wonderful job and is nice to our children.

I've used Air Authoriy for maintaining my units for over a year now and during this time also used them to have a new unit installed. They do a great job of communicating, showing up during the time slots they say they will, and otherwise being very professional. I highly recommend this local hvac company!
