**edited: There was lack of communication that made me feel unimportant as a customer, I expected more based on what I’d read in these Google reviews. Can’t speak on their work (hence the 3 stars), as I never received my quote. I understand things happen, but when I’m spending $18k+, I appreciate more transparency and communication. And I did not receive a call, voicemail, email nor text on Wednesday, btw. So many ways to communicate nowadays. No need to reach out again, thanks.
