Called to see about getting my Honda generators serviced/repaired and was rudely told that they can look at them in 3 or 4 weeks. I understand if the service department is slammed but no need to be short or rude. I will find somewhere else to go then...

Its a parts and repairs shop i called to get a price on parts they didn't have them in stock witch is OK not a big deal at all but I ask for a price for the parts he said he has a book that I can drive ask the way they to look up the price and order he wouldn't do it that's just ridiculous why couldn't he just look and tell me or say hey I am busy let me give you a call back with the info

I have been coming here for year. Guys at the counter are always helpful. Usually always have the parts I need. I brought my trimmer down with a broken throttle cable. They were able to take care of it under warranty. I appreciated that. Whomever did the work on the trimmer you can tell takes pride is his or her work. Runs perfect and it looks amazing. Great job everybody.
