Very displeased, I purchased a 16kw diesel generator here. The owner went thru the unit and checked it over thoroughly, or so i thought.. The first day I ran the unit, after about 4 hours, it started smoking from the exhaust.I called the owner, He told me it was probably old fuel burning off. Less than an hour later the unit died. The owner came out and determined that two of the cooler hoses had split and drained the coolant, which made the unit overheat resulting in engine damage. I've known Warren at Affordable Generator for a longe time. We've done many projects together and he has always delivered the best products at a fair price. I look forward to our next project together.

I don't like leaving this here, but I bought a pretty good 30kw generator from them. Wish I had bought something domestic. Hasn't been too bad, but hasn't been too good. It's had some problems, even though I've had a good deal of hours on my generator. Customer support is pretty poor. I've had to do repairs I never expected with very little help from Warren Good. 2 water pump replacements. 1 from Affordable, the last from an excellent rebuild guy in Oregon. I continue to have oil leak problems. It works. But not as expected. DON'T BUY HERE. BUY DOMESTIC

Don’t do business with this company. The owner, Warren Good, overcharged my card by $889.00. and the unit arrived without manuals or instructions of any kind. He will not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I should have paid more attention to the other review. Be forewarned!

This is a one Man show company Warren good does not answer any calls I’ve left numerous Messages with no reply from him! He doesn’t answer any emails either I order just one oil filter and it’s taking him so long to process one order!! I paid for it he took my money it’s just a filter but I feel sorry for anybody paying thousands of dollars for a generator !!!!I will never buy from him again!
