Missy and Sammy are such a joy to talk to and wonderful people. Sammy is hands down, probably one of the most genuine and real dudes out there, and an awesome mechanic! I absolutely will take my car to no one else unless I have no choice. Please support this small, independently owned, local family business!
Great experience here with these guys, they were able to find the problem, explain it to me in a way I understood and a get me in for the repair a week or so later. Fortunately it wasn't dire so I could afford the wait. They are extremely courtesy and are really good communicators. They texted me with updates and the system they use for approving repairs was simple. By the time my appointment rolled around I had another issue come up with car that they were able fix at my appointment. I know everyone is worried about price but I feel like they live up to their name. To me they were extremely reasonable and I never felt like they were trying... Great experience here with these guys, they were able to find the problem, explain it to me in a way I understood and a get me in for the repair a week or so later. Very fair pricing! Got the job done same day! In my arrogance, I refuse the diagnostic test because I thought it was the water pump bearing(Turned out to be the alternator) The mechanic did exactly what I asked him to and at an affordable price, Provided quality and efficient work! Great experience first time, second time I was treated how no business should ever treat a customer. After my most recent repair, there was a clunking sound from the front of the car, I talked to a family member about the sound, and he took a quick look to see a part of the steering just hanging there with no nut to hold it. I just put several thousand dollars into this car for mostly steering and suspension repairs, and all the parts around this are brand new, so I called and then went by to discuss getting a part to fix my car. I was informed that they did not do this, and the dealership is the only place to get the part, they can't get one... No surprise the reply is about how the problem was handled. Try to avoid dealing with the problem. It is very specific, and you know exactly who I am. I am dropping from 2 star to 1.
Sammy squeezed me in to fix my Stinger gt2. Replaced coil packs and spark plugs. Very honest and professional service for a great price! I would recommend Affordable for your automotive needs! Thank you!
