AES Hearth & Patio

A very amazing experience. Ian arrived on time. He explained the processes he was going to do. Talked us thru everything. Was very frank and truthful about what he saw and what he was doing. Took great care of our home. He took what I felt was an appropriate amount of time to do his work. Explained everything very well when he was done. Gave my wife and I a few helpfull hits and possible upgrades to our fire place. But was not pushy trying to make a sale. Will definitely use them in the future for our routine maintenance. Very pleased

Bryce Myers serviced my propane fireplace today and, as always, couldn't be happier with his professionalism. He telephoned in advance of the visit to let me know is approximate arrival time. He explained the operation of the unit in a way that I want to understand; he took care to provide a thorough servicing, and was meticulous in his attention to detail, as well as being respectful of my home. Todd and Ian were professional and personable. They covered there work space and kept everything clean. They showed us how to use our new pellet stove, what maintenance we need to do and when. They were very friendly and informative. Loved having them doing the install.
