I spoke to Paul and he sent someone out quickly. Beware this is not a real company. I had a few issues that needed to be sorted out. First, my washing machine wasn't getting any hot water. The guy ended up breaking my drain pan while pulling the machine out, then just brushed it off and told me I needed a whole new "box." He didn't even try to disconnect or clean the existing one, which probably would’ve fixed the issue. I needed a water sensor installed. After spending a lot of time trying to figure it out, he ultimately told me he couldn’t install the sensor at all. No clear explanation, no alternative solution, and no effort to follow up or escalate the issue. It felt like a total waste of time and money. I expected a professional service, but instead got someone who didn’t seem trained for the job. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable or knowledgeable plumbing work.
