I was recommended Advanced Technology by another gate company due to their backlog and I have to say that Advanced Technology is a company full of rockstars. Fair pricing, great communication and knowledge. Fixed every problem I had, arrived on time and overall just happy, nice, and respectful humans. Lee is a rockstar.
Tech was great, very nice and efficient. The woman that works with billing, very rude. Cut me off while I was speaking multiple times. While I was explaining to her our process using vendor cafe (basically letting her know how to enroll so we can use them in the future), she cut me off by stating "we don't care about doing business with you in the future". Not only would it have been beneficial for future payments, it would also have been the fastest way to make a payment for our current balance as well. She further proceeded to threaten me saying she would have someone come uninstall their equipment. I noted the conversation, made my regiona... Tech was great, very nice and efficient. I noted the conversation, made my regional aware (as she was the one that told me to ask them about enrolling in vendor cafe so our company could use them in the future), and I will reach out to our sister properties as well. There are many great vendors we can use that actually want to do business with us.

Used this company for gate repair recently and had a 5 star experience. The maintenance team was there on time and fixed everything I needed. The office staff were helpful and quick to return my phone call. I would absolutely recommend them if you need any gate repair, monthly maintenance or gate design for a new complex.
Helped my mom find a company that could fix her large property gate. I found Advanced Technology while searching reviews. We were so happy with them. They were professional, fast. Now it works like it was new.
I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Technologies. We have solar-powered rolling perimeter gates at our home, and when one of them stopped working, I called 11 different gate companies. I either got told “we don’t do residential” or “we don’t work on solar units.” Even the company that originally built and installed our gates, Vegas Valley Iron Works completely ghosted me. I texted, I called, I even reached out directly to the owner, and they left me on read. Super disappointing considering this unit is one a year old. One company finally sent a guy out who was supposed to be an “expert” on our unit. He came, untied all the wiring,... I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Technologies. He flaked on us twice. After a third no-show, we just gave up. Apparently this “expert” works for three different gate companies. Then, by some luck, I called a company who actually recommended Advanced Technology and that’s when everything changed. From the first call, they were kind, responsive, and professional. Their technicians came out, knew exactly what they were doing, and fixed the issue without any issues. They actually listened and took care of us like we mattered. Turns out, they also do gate fabrication, repairs, and even security systems, so we’ll definitely be using them again when we redo our backyard gates. And best of all, their prices were actually reasonable and affordable, which is nearly impossible to find these days. I really appreciate how this company operates. They care about their work and about people, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

Advanced Technology will always be my first choice when it comes to gate maintenance and repairs. From the owner to the technicians, everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and truly reliable.
