Great Service, Truly Above and Beyond - I bought a new house with a central vac already installed. The original unit is from the 70's, and still working great! They were able to service it, found a broken pipe that was causing a loss of suction, repaired it and made it so that every port has great suction! They also ran a line for a Wally Flex unit that I wanted to have installed in the future, since the bathroom was being remodeled, and was down to the studs.
When the bathroom was completed, I called about having the Wally Flex put on. When I was told that the price was for the unit, and a regular service call, I wasn't too excited abou...Great Service, Truly Above and Beyond - I bought a new house with a central vac already installed. As it is a low voltage system and I'm handy myself, They recommended to me places that I may be able to get the unit myself, and do my own installation. If I had any trouble, then I could call them and have them do it, at their price.
I ordered the part and did the installation myself, and was very happy to have been led to another option, and not given a hard sell or large upsell.
When it is time for my vacuum to be serviced, or for the main unit to be replaced, I know I'll be calling them for sure!

I reached out to a few, and this company seemed most capable. They really know central vacuum systems. They were ultimately able to replace the parts that needed replacing, removed a clog, and repaired the motor. Everything is now back in good, working order. I found that the person who came by to do the repairs was professional and was really nice to my mother. what an efficient service! I called Advanced Homes for the annual maintenance of the central vacuum system called Vacuflo. Over the phone Tom thoroughly explained the process and I booked an appointment. Technician Jose came on time and spend quality time examining the system. He found that suction was low and the filter needed change. He fixed both problems and also gave instruction for further maintenance. I couldn't be happier! highly recommend.
