I found ACD by searching “computer repair near me”. I read the reviews and called. Rick picked up my laptop and I had it back the next afternoon. I did have a moment of angst when I started thinking about all the data I could lose if Rick never returned! No worries. He returned, all is well and the price was VERY reasonable. Rick is very professional and explained all of the options. Fortunately, for me, it was an easy fix. Highly recommend.
Rick is the best IT person hands down. He is so knowledgeable and I always get my laptop back fast. I'm in grad school and while in the middle of finishing my paper, I caught a virus. I called Rick and he was able to fix my laptop and have it back to me the next day. What I like most is the program which allows you to pay a monthly fee to have him on standby. How cool is that! I don't have to leave my house now, I can send a ticket like I do on my work laptop and Rick will remote in to fix it. I love that.... if you're a college student you need a good IT person on speed dial and Rick is your person. He's a hardworking family man who takes p... Rick is the best IT person hands down. I had a laptop completely lock up and I contacted Advanced Computer Diagnostics. Rick was courteous and professional. He diagnosed and repaired the laptop completely. He saved the day..!! Excellent service..!! Highly recommend.
