Advance Chimney Sweeps will rip you off. Nobody including the owner Luri Arreola knows what they are doing. Advanced Chimney Sweeps with the owner Luri Arreola, sent us inexperienced employees to do the work. We requested that the owner, Luri Arreola, at the consultation, had to be here when Advanced Chimney Sweeps did the work. Then Luri Arreola didn't show up, said he would be there later and he sent guys who didn't know what they were doing. Advanced Chimney Sweeps with the owner Luri Arreola, sent us inexperienced employees to do the work. My husband and I are both proud Veterans of the US Army and this company, Advanced Chimney Sweeps and the owner Luri Arreola have wrecked our chimney to the woodstove that we heat our home with entirely in the winter by totally smashing out the clay chimney flue liner that had nothing wrong with the flue except a little glazing. The clay flue chimney liner should have never been removed and they also left a wayyyyyyy too large gaping hole in my interior side of my masonry chimney that cannot be fixed. You cannot put clay tile chimney flue back in a chimney. You have to put the clay tiles in from the ground up when the chimney is built. Advanced Chimneys address is a trailer park in West Olive Michigan.
Advanced Chimney did not pull a permit with the township as required and I am still waiting for Advanced Chimney Sweeps to pull a permit with the township. before we can get an inspector from the township in. I have tried numerous times to contact Advanced Chimney Sweeps by email and text because I want things in writing for future reference to no avail. Do not use this company. Advanced Chimney Sweeps also wrecked my slate tile around my interior chimney pipe hole, scratched the heck put of my gutter on my garage where they put up Advanced Chimney Sweeps ladder, and never put anything on the roof to protect our shingles on the roof when Advanced Chimney Sweeps put their ladder on our roof even though my husband told the yahoos from Advanced Chimney Sweeps to put something down on the roof. The photos show the work that the owner Luri Arreola did himself on my rain cap on the top of the chimney.

Totally not happy with this company we waited for weeks for our fireplace repair to get completed. The morning they were to be here I even called the day before to confirm our appointment. Morning of the appointment guy calls me to say I’m on my way to your house I’ll be there in 40 minutes shortly after calls me back I just was reading the work order that’s not something I can do my Boss will have to do it In the morning about this same time in the morning this would be Saturday morning.no show Saturday morning made 2 phone call during the day to see what was going on no answer all day. Just called again Monday morning answering machine.trie...Totally not happy with this company we waited for weeks for our fireplace repair to get completed. pretty disappointed. we just moved into this house and wanted to have a check on all major things.. they came out for about an hour, made sure our pilots were working (we already knew that) and told me the downstairs fireplace was a direct vent (no maintenance) and upstairs looked barely used so we were good to go. no checking our actual chimney (flue liner, smoke shelf, etc), just got on our roof (3 minutes tops), said we needed a new $1388 chimney chase and left.. then charged me $400! not impressed and will not be using them for any reason again.
