Highly recommend! Staff was very courteous and professional. They were referred to me by H&S Home Center when I was looking for a new wall oven. Have you priced gas wall ovens? My gas wall oven is at least 15 years old because I have been in my home 15 years. It's probably a little older, but, it quit working. For less than $200.00 my oven is now working. If you need an appliance repaired, give them a call!
I have used this company several times. They are very good at what they do and very reasonably priced.
5 stars! Washer was under warranty though Lowe’s and Miss Rachel in the office was very nice! Took a little while to get the part as expected and installation was prompt and i now have my washer back! Woo Hoo!
I called Advance Appliance to fix my Ice maker, a tech named Danny came. He replaced a part on the ice maker and said it still should work, but the ice wouldn't be as thick, but I still should get some. I also needed a filter and we were going to get that this week-end. The point of the matter is that the ice maker didn't do any thing all week-end, he came last Friday, so I still was out of ice after paying him $130.00. I called back on Monday and now everything's wrong and he had to replace the ice maker. After everything's said and done I ended up paying $225.00, I told him that I should get a discount because I still didn't have any ice... I called Advance Appliance to fix my Ice maker, a tech named Danny came. I told him, that they should be able to remove the $65.00 service fee. he said they could not, that was the second thing, so she ended up telling him to give me a 10% discount a measly $25.00,so that's why I'm putting this out here because don't they believe in good customer service. I wouldn't r suggest them to my worst enemy. VERY DISSATISFIED COSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tabitha was awesome! I called everywhere for a dryer part and she was the only one who answered and she had the part I needed! I had to drive an hour but it was definitely worth it!
