Always great work done here. They never rush and will give you fair suggestions to improve the quality of yurt vehicle. Victor is always great and available to help.. I’ve been coming here for years. Always very satisfied
This is one of the most misleading car wash businesses I’ve encountered. Do not sign up for the monthly wash. If you do, once your car is inside the wash, they turn off all the cleaning equipment—wrap-around brushes, side brushes, top brushes, and mitter curtains—so you only get a basic water rinse, and that's how they make money. When I confronted them, they initially denied it. Video footage from my car cameras clearly proving the brushes were turned off during the wash. Charging customers monthly for a full wash while providing only water rinse is dishonest and unacceptable. Management should be ashamed of these business practices. I wou... not sure why this place have 4.4 stars. Car isn't clean at all after taking the most expensive wash! Waste of money. Staff is horrible. The trouble is on their side and blames me when the car couldn't go through the washer initially. Told him numerous time the car is at neutral and NOT stepping on the brake and emergency hand brake is off and he rudely told me the show him if my foot is not on the brake paddle!!!
Excellent customer service, these guys move fast and with a sense of urgency.. if they see you are in need of other things they will let you know, the prices are unbeatable, for the service you get.. not to mention the deals they have with car wash.. check them out
