May 26, 2026I have been without a working strove for over two weeks, this is my third week. They couldn’t schedule the diagnosis right away and I had to wait when they did come the employee only plugged and unplugged the stove to see the issue which I already described over the phone so no through diagnosed was done, that’s the only “diagnosis” that way done. He knew what parts were needed but instead of ordering them in advance like the previous contractor I used did 5 months ago they waited and I have been waiting ever since. My oven turns on and the temperature keeps rising nonstop is you’re curious what the issue was, then the same issue happened again. They apparently still haven’t received the parts but I wouldn’t know because every time I call before work, during my lunch or after work no one picks up and it goes to voicemail. Communication is terrible and that’s why I’m extremely upset. They waited another 4 days after constantly having to call and be on hold with my home warranty provider and the diagnosis they were waiting on wasn’t sent I kept going back and forth until they finally sent it the end of the week. When even the home warranty provider has an issue getting a hold of the contractor that’s a problem. Communication sucks, but they are great at delays.
