I had a new installment keeping my existing ductwork and the new unit didn't work so they said I needed new ductwork which I refused so they found the problem after I insisted they keep working to find it. The next year the unit didn't work and needed all new freon which I had to pay over 1000 dollars for and again the next year as well so they do not stand behind their equipment or their workmanship. Go somewhere else. The secretary is very nice

May 2nd ADA came out and found an issue I was having with my A/C unit. I was told the new part would be available in two weeks.
Over a month later, June 17th, I called and talked to Karen who advised it would be another two weeks.
July 16th & 23rd I called and no one answered.
August 1 I called and again spoke with Karen. She had no answer for me. Just apologized and assured me they would be out next week.
Now Iv gone June, July & starting August with no A/C in my home. With a 1 yr old child in the home.

When I called back the next week, Karen told me the part was o delivered to her store but she did not know where the part was at. This was insane! How do you conduct business like this from a company who is suppose to legitimate! I told Karen I wanted to speak with her boss, the owner. She continued to apologize and assured me she would figure something out. I never did get a call from Scott (Owner).
Karen called me the following week advising she had the part and was ready to have it installed. She advised I would owe 2,500 which was fine. I asked what the 2,500 was for she stated she would get me a printed receipt showing parts and labor. Never heard from her again. I called Campbell heating and air in Danville. Spoke directly with the owner Jackie. It was fixed the next week.
Iv never seen a business act so irresponsible. I try to always shop local but some serious changes need to be made.

We are very happy with our service from ADA heating and air. Our heat pump failed, and they were out the same day to diagnose and the next day to install. I texted, emailed, and called them a lot over those 48 hours when making decisions about the system I wanted. Every person with whom I spoke--from the owner, to the accounts person, to the techs--were responsive and polite. I ask a lot of questions when making big home improvement decisions, and they answered every one. They remembered my requests down to the smallest detail since I was not home when they installed the unit. And the unit looks really great inside and out. Thanks, ADA!

A few years ago we had both of our heat pumps / AC units go our at our house when it was 90 degrees. We had called around trying to find a company that could install 2 units at a reasonable cost, attaching to our existing duct work since it did not need to be changed. I got in touch with Scott @ ADA. he came out, looked at the job, gave us what I considered a very reasonable quote based on the other quotes I had, was willing to work with the existing duct work and offered a good warranty. We made the deal and within 7 days, we had the units in. I was happy with their work, their service and their attention to detail. The next couple of years, we had to replace units in 2 rental houses. Called Scott, he gave us quotes, we went with him again. Very satisfied. They come service the units every year, they come when they are scheduled and call if they are going to be late. I highly recommend them. Our experience has been nothing but positive!
