Thanks to Zach and Logan for responding to my service request so quickly. They are very courteous, professional, and completed the job to my satisfaction. The company is fortunate to have great technicians.
Couldn’t ask for a better serviceman than Todd! He was upfront and transparent with my options. After a few minutes talking to him I knew what I needed to do. The cost of repairs was very reasonable and I signed up for a service contract. I have his card in my wallet if anything with the AC ever comes up again!
I’m very pleased with the service I received today. Mr. Todd and his crew were punctual, friendly and professional. They took care of my issue with the A/C upstairs and also completed the VIP Service Maintenance on both units at no cost for this visit. If you don’t have a maintenance plan, you need to get the VIP Service Maintenance from Ada, LLC.
