Action Fence Of Michigan

I used action fence for the second time on different part of my property. They were just as reliable and fair as they were the first. Prompt quote, excellent communication, and top end job completion. I will continue to use them for all my fencing needs.

Update: I received a call from the company and they will be coming out to see what is needed for the repair. They were also upfront about the timing may not be immediate. Thank you I am seeking assistance with a repair for a fence that this company originally installed and has previously serviced. However, my recent request was declined because my information could not be located in the system. I understand the company changed ownership approximately three years ago, but the fence was installed by the original company and repaired in the past. I offered to provide proof of prior service history but was not given an email address or method to submit documentation for review. The representative I spoke with was courteous, but unfortunately I was unable to find a resolution to move forward with the repair. I am posting here in hopes that someone from management may review the matter and assist in verifying my account history. This 1 star review will be updated, if this issue is addressed and resolved.

We got three estimates for 144 feet of new fencing, a new gate, removal and disposal of 144 feet of old wooden fencing plus removal of 80 feet of old rusty chain link fencing. Action Fence Co gave us the best quote for their top line Green Tique vinyl fence that looks like wood grain on both finished sides. It also came with a life time warranty. The whole process was impressive. The materials were dropped off, the workers started two days later, all the old junk fences and old hardware were removed and picked up on a daily basis. The entire job took three days and our new fence looks amazing. (My next door neighbor hugged me and made me a cake!) Great job Action Fence

The salesman was knowledgeable and on time, the crew did a fantastic job, the clean up was great. The owner called to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Everything went well, the installation crew were very nice and helpful and the fence looks great and also the repair on my older fence from wind damage.

Great communication and quick quality install

Our experience with Action Fence was excellent. Tom came out and explain the whole procedure to us. He measured and we discussed the type of fence we wanted. The estimate was sent to us shorty. My project had a quick turn around from meeting Randy for a quote, getting material ordered, and completing the project even though my project was installed in February! After completion the job site was impeccable and looked cleaner than when they came. The office staff who handles things behind the scenes were so helpful and friendly and I really appreciated feeling like they knew me and my project when I’d call. We are so over the moon happy with the results. One of the most satisfying purchases I’ve ever made.

I highly recommend working with the team at Action Fence - very professional, responsive and clear experts at what they do. Tom P was our main point of contact and he took great care of us. Between his close attention to detail and expert guidance on how to approach our fencing needs, we knew we were good hands throughout the process. He went out of his way to help us prep for the new fence. When we requested tweaks to the original plan, he jumped into action, contacted the manufacturer quickly, worked with us closely when updating costs, and made sure our vision was executed in the end. The installing team (sub-contractors) did a great job and worked quickly. All in all, it was wonderful experience.

A great experience! I had a very small job for them. It was a simple gate-only install. I talked to a few other places and because it was so small nobody wanted to do it. Action fence came out that day with an estimate and they updated me throughout the process with inspections and weather delays. These things happen, but it’s a good contractor that communicates with you and let you know when they will resume the work. A rare trait! The job was finished and it was perfect!
