They came to install a keypad to my garage door and now none of my remotes work and my neighbor’s remote now opens our door. I called to have them correct the problem and they took absolutely no responsibility. I have lived in my house for 14 years and have never had a problem. They are the worst. If you want something done right, don’t call them.
Totally impressed. Spring broke on Wed, I called Thu a.m. and by 3 pm Thu the garage door was fixed. Had them take a look at the shop door while they were there since that was wonky too (if you put it up all the way it wouldn't come back down and you'd have to put the ladder up to get it down again). Fixed the house garage door and the shop door in about 45 min. Guys were super friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend to call Ackerson for any garage door repairs.
Fast response to my call for springs on my garage door. Polite and very quick to install. Even managed to get to my house and finish job before I had to go to work. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing experience with this company. They were out on time, completed the repair (spring broke) and even went above and beyond by greasing everything it sounds like I have a brand new garage door and I can barely hear it opening! I definitely recommend them!
