Our oven and dryer broke recently and Vlad was able to repair both. He was always prompt, communicated exactly what we could expect, and even tried to provide us with a temporary solution when possible. Our washer wasn't draining today & called for appt. They were able to come out same day and Vlad was professional,fixed the problem within an hour and clean up better than before he arrived. He also gave us some pointers on keeping it running for as long as possible. A++++
