My experience with Ace—and with Amous in particular—was great. They dealt fairly with me, and patiently with my difficult insurance company, and they even came back to look at something on a shed roof after my job was complete. Getting a new roof was not going to be an inexpensive purchase for my family, but I could not be more happy with the results.
Big shout out to Cole Shiflet. He took all the stress out of getting a new roof. He explained the entire process, step by step and took the anxiety out of it. Cole was easy to reach by phone or text and responded promptly with any concerns or questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Cole was present to oversee all the work done. I highly recommend Ace Roofing and for Cole to give an honest assessment of your roofing needs.
