I’ve been a loyal Ace Hardware customer for 15 years plus. The location is conveniently across the street from my house so there’s no need to go to Walmart for any hardware needs. But after my experience today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I came in to get some keys made. And the cashier Cynthia demanded that I leave my backpack at the register, And I said, even though I’m just getting keys made, she said yes so OK as I’m getting my keys made I noticed a woman wearing a Messenger Bag and three women with big purses. So I asked her what was the difference between my backpack and their purses she said because it’s a backpack I felt r...I’ve been a loyal Ace Hardware customer for 15 years plus.
