Well-run business. Filled out online inquiry form, received reply quickly, scheduled job for following week. Scheduler told us exactly what to expect, made precise appointment. Even called us to notify of 30 min delay (turned out to be less). Job was done expertly within the scheduled amount of time and for the price quoted. Will def call them again for next job! Update: A few weeks later we called Ace Handyman Ann Arbor again for help, this time to install a vanity and toilet in our cramped first floor half bath. On day 1 (half day), Liam Grantham assembled and situated the vanity, trimmed the supply pipes to fit the low vanity bottom, drilled a whole in the side panel for the drain, removed the medicine cabinet, installed a drywall patch and applied a first layer of mud. Liam was hardworking and resourceful, and took care to always ask the customer's preference when a decision was needed. (We appreicated that!) Connecting the vanity turned out to be more challenging. On day 2 (half day) Alan Tobias did a great job mcguivering the p-trap and supply lines (pictured). The toilet required careful trimming of the oak flooring to seat it properly. On day 3 (1 hr) Alan completed the sanding, then with time remaining carefully applied a first coat of paint on the repaired spot. Not a stray drop anywhere! Overall, Alan proved to be a solid experienced professional, a good problem solver who is courteous and accommodating as well. I would also mention supervisor Don, who handles scheduling, as a highly efficient, customer oriented professional who is great to work with. Ace Handyman Ann Arbor is a well run business.
