Ace Fence

I've hired Ace Fence for numerous fence projects over the last several years. They've always been top notch in all regards of quality, price and service. Matt is wonderful to work with: he's very responsive and professional. He follows up immediately on even the most minor of issues. We'll definitely continue using them for our fencing needs.

Biggest fence company out there... most contracters are real pros.

Wooden fence installed several months ago. Work was "ok".....not great, not bad. Acceptable for the most part. Getting the company back out to do follow up warranty work has been a real challenge. Multiple calls, texts and emails have gone unanswered. Buyer beware and inquire about expectation of response to warranty work requests (ie replacing slats, aligning gates, etc)

AVOID this company at all costs! Sketchy work and terrible customer service.

Ace fencing is terrible. Do not use them! We paid top dollar for them to use regular nails, not wood screws and the fence started falling apart. Then, when we called them for repairs they never, ever called us back! They are TERRIBLE!! Use someone else. 👎🏻

Minus 5 stars to Ace Fence. The worst customer service, trying to get a hold of someone for over two weeks, no one returns call after leaving voicemails. The phone lady was very unprofessional, kept transferring my calls to service when I told her that no one was picking up the my calls.

Do yourself a favor call a different fence company terrible communication

We bought a new construction home and this company was who built the fences in our subdivision. They are falling down all over our neighborhood. It is negligent and extremely unsafe for those who live in our neighborhood to even walk around. The quality is absolutely horrible. Our home is 1 year old this month. I would absolutely not chose this company if you are wanting a reputable and quality fence.

Bought a house with a fence from this company. It's only 7 years old and completely rotted away. Comparing that to the fence that I had in Mississippi that is twice the age and in better condition. Posts have no cement and are only roughly 6 inches in the ground. Overall looks like poor material quality and workmanship.
