In a fit of bad decision making my laptop screen broke due to extreme and immediate pressure. Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and respectful! Even after the repair the adhesive was not sticking properly and after a quick phone call they took care of it immediately and quickly! 10/10
I need my computers for work, and I trust no one else but this place to help me when an issue arises. Andrew goes above and beyond to help, provides a no muss no fuss service and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts or services, but simply offers good advice and suggestions for the future. He slotted me in right before the holidays when my desktop wouldn’t turn on, and had it back to me much earlier than expected. Great trustworthy work from Ace!
