I have this Lenovo laptop that’s by far the best laptop I’ve ever had. I was shocked one day when the hinges failed without warning and I couldn’t open or close the screen rendering it no longer portable. After talking with another local technology company I was told to go buy a new laptop as this one was non-repairable. I called Dion at Ace Computer Guy, he asked me for the make and model number of my laptop and said he’d get back to me after doing a little research. Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. They helped me identify and fix an issue with my pc’s motherboard in a timely manner with their free diagnostic service and replaced said part very quickly. Would definitely come here again if I had further problems!
