Ace Chimney and Fireplace sent a three-man team to inspect and clean our chimney and answer questions about a prospective wood-burning insert. They were prompt, thorough and efficient in performing the work. Mike, the supervisor, showed many pictures of the inside and outside of our chimney, explained the findings and detailed the steps necessary to prepare for a safe insert installation. An eleven-page report was e-mailed the next day. Detailed recommendations and estimates for restoration services were sent, too. Mike was friendly and took his time answering our questions and pointed out features of inserts to avoid as well as those to seek...
