I have used Ace Basin twice, they have fixed both my tv and laptop! Extremely professional, Extremely competent! Both electronics were diagnosed in less than 48 hours, and both fixed within a week! Also the prices can not be beat, they charge a diagnostic fee but then use that fee towards fixing the electronics. Don’t waste your time with geek squad, who gave me a price almost 5x times higher just to diagnose (non-refundable) and then have a wait time of over a month! Ace basin electronics you guys rock!

Ordered an A-Board for my Plasma TV. Ace Basin shipped a defective board. I paid a professional to install the defective board, which is when we found out it was defective. It took close to 2 weeks to get a refund for the defective A-Board, and they basically told me "the technician installation cost was on me". I was more than reasonable and offered to split the labor charge, even though they shipped me the defective A-Board. I brought them a very expensive (and old) Panasonic VHS / DVR that all of a sudden would not power on. Mark had it repaired in about 4 days at a price I was very happy with. I highly recommend them.

I had two receivers repaired here and within a few days, they were both working flawlessly again! It has been a few months since the repair and they are still working with no issues at all! Would definitely use them again for all my TV and electronics repair needs!
