Very disappointed, we had a scheduled time drop off our vehicle and went home. Just as we got home they called and stated we needed to cone back and pick up our vehicle because they have the wrong glass. We needed to reschedule because they have to order the correct glass. What kind of business are they running.......
Did not go to Ace but had some work done at Jiffy lube. 1st up is Jasmine, she had a warm greeting and attentive service. Very accommodating. Then there's Julian, he was focused and engaged in what he was doing, helpful, professional and efficient! He paid attention to detail he all he did. Awesome crew! Thank you guys, for choosing to be employed!
Bad service the lady who answer the phone to schedule my appointment was rude and bad attitude and poor knowledge I decide to go with safelite autoglass !
