Dug a trench under our side walk and did not backfill properly. Our sidewalk and part of the porch is now caving in. Contacted several times. A technician was sent out and we have heard nothing. The condition of porch and sidewalk is deteriorating. Bad, bad customer service. We are now in process of suing them. Update. They NEVER fixed anything or offered to correct it. They lied about having it corrected.
Jack came by for an estimate on work in our basements and he gave us a very thorough inspection. His explanations were extremely clear and he made sure we were totally clear on everything he presented to us. The options he laid out were good and definitely well done.
