Accel Mechanical came highly recommended by a nearby business, so we placed a service call on December 23, 2024, to check on the weak heating in our restaurant. We were told a technician would call us on December 26 when he's heading toward our restaurant. However, no one called on December 26. We followed up on December 27 and were promised an update, but it never came. We reached out again on January 3, and once more, they assured us someone would check the status and call us, but that did not happen. Finally, on January 4, we had to call a different company for assistance. As of today, January 17, no one from Accel Mechanical has contacted...
