AC Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating

Our ac stopped blowing cold and being the middle of summer, we were grateful David was able to come out so quickly to assess the unit. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit, but we knew that day would come being that it was almost 20 years old. David was able to provide us with a portable ac unit for the master while we waited for the new ac to be installed. The overall experience with AC Solutions was great. The new unit was installed within a couple of days. The crew was very friendly and respectful. They worked quickly but efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

When I called the company and paid for the tune-up I mentioned about noice in the ac blower. The technician did not check properly and instead mentioned there is nothing he could do at that point. Then within 2 weeks the ac stopped working. When I again called him to check he was on time however was charging more for the job and when I asked for discount he turned back saying he got bigger project. Then I had to call other provider and got the job done for 30% less price. Dont trust this company pricing and they are not being professional. We had a situation where one of our refrigerant line sprang a leak and caused the outside unit to stop. Due to the heat, we needed immediate help. I called and spoke to Cassandra and she had David at our home in about 30 minutes after he finished another job. Within a couple of hours he had the leak fixed and it was cool in our home. The cost of the refrigerant has gone up drastically over the years and this caused the bill to be higher than we expected, but that's not something they can control. We appreciated they were able to get to us so quick as we probably would have had to get a hotel room, so we saved that expense.

We had some issues with our AC and ended up needing a new unit. We went with AC Solutions based on reviews and we're glad we did. David and A/C Solutions provided a world-class service and customer experience! From the initial inquiry to the end result, they were extremely communicative, prompt, and extremely professional. They truly value you as a customer and ensure everything is followed through and explained thoroughly. We've already referred them to our friends and family.
