I had a subzero refrigerator and freezer that was almost 25 years old but it recently stopped getting cold in both the fridge and freezer sections. I called them and managed to get a same day appointment and when the technician, Felix, came he was able to fix the unit quickly. He had the parts in his van and saved so many of my groceries going bad. Like I had this A5 wagyu tomahawk i was going to cook for my wife in a couple days. overall 10/10 service.
