ABRA is the local body shop Recommended by USAA insurance. I’ve had several repairs done there over the last ten years and each time the work has exceeded my expectations. They are thorough and prompt. Tim Then, The customer service manager that I usually work with does a fantastic job of keeping me up-to-date on the repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. In fact, I have done so multiple times already.

Took my car there for body work after an accident because I wanted to get the best work done from a shop associated with a Toyota dealership. The car was completed sooner than expected, and the work is flawless. You can't even tell that there was ever damage to the body. I was treated well, and they even washed and appear to have waxed the car for me. Would recommend.

The staff at ABRA are on another level. They had to research where my truck originated to find the specialized parts. So they tracked down a dealership in Texas that put the Gulf Shores package on my Tacoma. Then had to track down rims, tires and decals before they could even start to fix my truck. They finished early. My truck is like brand new. They even stayed open late and came and picked me up from the car rental spot. This is how a real business is ran. Top notch customer service and staff. 100/10
