Had a high end PC I couldnt figure out the life of me what was wrong with it, multiple troubleshooting softwares, hardware/software analysis and emails back and forth with the manufacturer I finally gave up and brought it to this store to have them look at it. calling them first they were upfront with the prices, able to drop it off and received a call a few hours later identifying the RAM as the issue, when I showed up they broke down what they tested, for how long and reccomended a RAM on my invoice as well as a reccommended Power Supply for my pricey graphic card, Great customer service, very knowledgeable and saved me hours of headache, h... Hello everyone. Let me begin by singing songs of praises to Xochi, a member of this establishment. I was window shopping for a new PC and my first ever gaming PC. I sent an email and was replied to by Xochi. She was very communicative with me and gave her own input to match my budget along with pros and cons about the build. Being the suspicious consumer I am, I put in her recommendations and found she was not lying but telling the truth. I called several other spots and emailed other companies and they never got back to me. She gave me a quote and in less than a week everything was ready. I am so grateful to ABM and Xochi for the build. The PC looks amazing and my game play is just wow. Thank you ABM and Xochi. Thank you so much for my build and your wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here if you're interested in building a new PC built by a professional instead of someone with chubby clumsy fingers like myself.

Jesse is a life saver. If you have any computer issue I highly recommend that you call ABM right away. I have worked with Jesse almost 4 years with countless and complex issues for my work and for personal issues. He is always gets the job done quickly and is an amazing human. I am especially grateful for his help getting my high school senior back to work quickly after an unfortunate water bottle incident took his MacBook down.
