I have often used ABC for various household repairs. Plumbers are great but this appliance repair man was a bit condescending. I don't need mansplaining. I don't need a picture drawn which was offered. I opted not to have my ice maker repaired.

I had a lovely technician named Salomon. He was super kind and professional. He figured out the issue in super timely and efficient manner, clearly communicated the issue and what was causing it after running some tests. 10/10 would recommend this company if there’s more people like Salomon on their team!
