Excellent service! My chimney was cleaned thoroughly and the technician Ken was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the condition of my chimney and gave me great tips for maintenance. Highly recommend for both a professional cleaning and valuable education!
Very pleased! Ken and Jeremiah came in and cleaned out the unit, tested things, and gave a good look at how things are going with the unit. They weren’t hurried in the process, but also didn’t take long. Before they left, I learned some new things about the unit and how use it better than I had been. Money well spent, for sure.
Excellent service overall! Definitely plan ahead for your fireplace use - I had to wait several months for an appointment when my fireplace didn’t ignite when I went to use it, that was the only downside. The service person was on time and texted me when they were on their way, so no waiting around for hours during the service window. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and showed me what I could do myself (who knew there were batteries to change inside my insert?!). Returned within the week after parts arrived to complete repair. Definitely will call again if needed!
