I had several panels of my privacy fence that became loose and extracted from the base of the fence. My promised wait time was between 9 and 3 pm. Ralph and Sam were at my residence before I could get home from taking my boys to school. They were securing my fence before I arrived home and by 8:50 am they were done! Now I can feel secure when I let my American Bully dog out in the backyard!

Great crew, showed up on time and completed job in one day not two as quoted. Cleaned up everything and were very polite.

This is the best company I've dealt with in a long time. They were friendly and efficient from day one from the salesperson to the installers. They did a fabulous job putting in the fence. They gave me a time frame of 3 to 4 days and it was done in two and a half days. I purchased a fence from them 30 years ago and had such good service then that I called them again. If you need a fence, this is the place to buy it. The installer. Edwin, was considerate and helpful.

We got our fence that was originally purchased from Abbey Fence repaired. Sam and Miguel were the service team that repaired our fence. They explained what they were doing, they were professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Once finished they walked us through the repairs to make sure we were satisfied. They exceeded expectations.

The workers did good and fast work.. The fence looks good. The latch is easy and good when it is unlocked, but the locking method requires a lot of force which is difficult for me and my friend Alicia can't use it. I think I can fix it myself. Sam & Woody did a fantastic job repairing my fence post & resetting the connected panels. They cleaned the panels and the work area. Everything looks brand-new. They were courteous & friendly. Great service guys!

Extremely disappointed. I had a fence installed in 2024 and the issues have never been resolved. They put a hole in my siding and it never got repaired, after numerous attempts. The caps keep blowing off and the fence is not very stable. I spent a lot of money on this fence and I wish I had gone with another company that stands by its work. The one star is because there is not a "O".
