Excellent service for repairs from a family owned business. I was convinced my vacuum was done but the repairs were completed and the cost was very reasonable. They also provide a selection of high end German built vacuums for purchase.
I took my vacuum to be cleaned up. It was a shark for pet hair. It was a green and white vacuum. Even my friend remembers me buying it and said it was green and white without me asking her and the vacuum I got back is smaller and pure white and when I called him, he said it is my vacuum and he doesn’t have any other vacuum. The only thing I can think of is he gave my vacuum to somebody else but this clearly is not my vacuum and I am not happy and I will never go back there again I tried to tell him my vacuum was green and white, and he made some snide remark that they look different when you get them cleaned up And You really can’t tell till... My attachments don’t even fit this vacuum and parts of them are green, just like the vacuum. Never again you gotta take pictures of your stuff before you drop My vacuum was green and I bought it for pet hair because I have a husky and not only is this not my vacuum because it’s all white. It doesn’t even pick up the one doesn’t suck so it’s clogged in there somewhere so I get a vacuum not only is it not mine? It doesn’t work.
Bought a Sebo vacuum. Owner is knowlegeable about his product, open about his experience, and willing to answer questions. I left confident I'd made a good purchase. I'll be happy to return to this shop for supplies and repairs in the future!
Just when I thought customer service was dead, I find this shop :D So glad I didn't purchase online. The owner is very knowledgable. I absolutely love the vacuum that was recommended to me. My house has never felt cleaner!! Thank you!
I bought my Kirby vacuum bags there a week ago...Owner was nice & friendly. We talked for an hour about currant events. People, you can park in Lucy's Diner. AaVac is literally in back & to the side, if can't get through all the construction.
