Wow! What a pleasure to work with a company that provides a high level of service and that completes a job thoroughly. We called Aaron’s Electrical for the first time (after less than satisfactory service from another vendor). We are so pleased with the results. Our technician, Collin, was courteous and listened to our concerns. He explained the actions he would take to determine and solve our electrical problem. At one point he called his supervisor to make sure he covered all the bases. Collin and his supervisor made a thorough check and in the end explained the resolution. (We appreciate when a technician is confident enough to get a...Wow! What a pleasure to work with a company that provides a high level of service and that completes a job thoroughly. 10/10 We wanted to install some ring floodlights and didn’t have electricity running to the areas we wanted them installed. I called Aaron’s and they gave us a quote and came back out to do the install. The electricians were great, they made sure the lights were installed where we wanted them and moved them until it was in the exact spot we wanted. They were very efficient and communicated with me throughout, giving me updates on the timeline which I appreciated! They were professional, courteous, and very thorough. Eli was ahead of schedule which was totally awesome. Then it began with Professionalism ! Courtesy ! Integrity ! Respect ! Communication ! Opportunities to upsell on this project but didn’t take advantage of that. “TRUST” ! !
