Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I were nervous about buying our first home but after the inspection we feel much more confident. Shane took his time to make sure we understood any major concerns and wasn’t in a rush to do the job. It was much more thorough than I thought it would be which justified the price.
