We had a broken French door panel and wanted a quote. Set up a time and day and no one showed up. I took off the time for work and waited 3 hours with no call. When I called they said, “well, I guess they couldn’t get to you today.” Tried to setup another appointment, but they didn’t call back for another week. **Glassworks of West Monroe was out the same day of request.

They were very friendly and accommodatig.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the lady at the front was kind. This place was unprofessional. After being told they had my windshield in stock and taking my car up to be fixed, they called not long after to tell me the windshield they ordered was incorrectly sent. I thought it was in stock when I first called? Why did they have to order it in the first place? I wish they would have been more prepared after having this appointment for a week and then myself and my husband having to completely change plans to bring it in the next day.
