I am so disappointed in the quality (lack thereof) in terms of services from this company. I had been using this company for years and have had no problems. However, my AC unit that was under warranty actually went out. I had scheduled a time to come fix the AC unit with AAA Appliances Services. The day of the scheduled appointment, the servicer canceled my appointment indicating that they no longer service my area. While I understand parameters change, the discourtesy of not informing me when making the initial appointment was severely infuriating. DO NOT work with this company at all. They sent a technician out who actually refuse to listen to the customer and knew absolutely nothing about appliances. He had a nasty attitude and was in a rush to get to the next customer. As I was explaining he interrupted me and told me he was not about to wait to see if bread cooked on top. I was only referring to toast. He did not know the difference between Celsius and Fahrenheit. I attempted to explain to him again what was happening with my oven and dishwasher. He text me before he came, to make sure that I was there, he was timely, he was sufficient and he didn't tell us we needed to replace something for an outrageous amount of money when he realized we just needed to replace the entire unit. Very good service.

Some time ago, I had a good experience with AAA. Bobby was very knowledgeable and took care of my repairs in a professional manner and did not take him long to do them. Haven't needed any since, but would use him again.

Paid $89 for someone to come look at my out of balance washer and was told it would cost an additional $350 to fix ($440 total). My washer is old and cost about $500 new so obviously I did not proceed, but bought a $30 part on Amazon, watched a video on YouTube, and fixed it myself in less than half an hour. No idea where they got the figure that it would cost over $400 for this repair, but it doesn't strike me as honest work. Glad some people have had good experiences but I won’t be calling them again.

I’ve always had good service from AAA Appliance Services, so much so that I have them in my contacts list in my phone. They have always done excellent work even though the person who comes out is always different.

Bobby has been our technician several times and always does a great job.

Bobby came out to my house 2 months ago to look at my under-the-counter ice machine. He said I needed a part. I was then told it would take a month for the part to come in. After a month i called to check on the part. I was told someone goes to the warehouse to check on parts everyday and no part had come in yet. Yesterday, I called again after waiting at least two months for the part. Someone took down my name and number and said they would call back. No one called back. Today I called again.
