A1 Lakeview Doors & Glass recently replaced the glass in a door that had broken for us. To start, they were very helpful! Let us know how to tape up the window to catch any falling glass. Gave an estimate that our window would be ready in 10-14 days and didn’t come back to repair the window for 20 days. The cleanup portion of the job felt pretty unprofessional unfortunately. They left quite a bit of glass out on our back patio area after they were finished that we had to clean up. I called these guys about some bad sliding doors at our townhouse we’d just purchased. They came out the same day and worked very hard to fix the sliders and the locks. By the time they were done, the doors worked very well considering they are 34 yrs old. They saved us a ton of money in extending the life of the doors, so we don’t have to replace them yet. They were very courteous and kept us well informed about issues and pricing for their services. They also fixed the cranks on a window that was problematic. Our doors have been a nuisance for quite some time but we had no problem scheduling an appointment with Tim - he was very flexible and came outside normal business hours. We had two doors that would get stuck and could be hard to get open/closed without extra force. Tim took about an hour to diagnose and fix the problem and his rate was reasonable and within the range he guessed over the phone. He also diagnosed and fixed another problem outside of the scope our appointment and didn't charge us anything for the help. Tim really makes a point of doing a job right. I would recommend his service.

I had a side window (front door) break and I called a couple of companies. First, you need to know replacing glass is expensive with ANY COMPANY. I called Tim at A1 and this company has amazing customer service! Tim answered my call and scheduled an appointment same day to come look at the window. He was extremely knowledgeable and was up front related to the overall cost. He delivered my window in the timeframe he promised and his employees (some family) were helpful and respectful to work with. I would use them again!

Tim made a custom door for our old garage. It looks amazing! It has held up extremely well the last few years. He is very fast, and his quality is top notch! He definitely knows what he's doing.
