Called company in November to inquire about brick repair. Never heard from anyone. Called again a month later and did get a response. A man came to the house and looked at the chimney. He never gave us an estimate. Called again in January and February. Absolutely no response. Will never deal with them again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Called yesterday for an issue with the chimney for a restaurant and they said they would be out between 2 and 4 today. When they didn't show up I called back and was told first that they couldn't make it today, and then after pressing them because it is a business with no hot water they said they don't even cover this area. Would have been nice to know up front when I called yesterday and asked if they did cover the area. If I was a betting man, I would say the person who answered the phone was overseas and has no idea what the company does or what areas it covers. HORRIBLE way to run a business.
