Mr. Khanh was fantastic. I thought the reviews might be overhyping him. He’s humble, quiet spoken, honest and clear. Provides estimates and explanations and honors them. He knows what he’s doing and loves to explain what he finds along the way and sets expectations properly. Clearly he’s a master. He’s very very reasonably affordable in an area where service techs love to OVER-charge. I will absolutely use him again, if needed. Most importantly, my fridge is back working flawlessly and keeping everything perfectly chilled/frozen.

Mr. Khanh made time in his schedule to squeeze in looking at my refrigerator and quickly assessed a compressor failure explaining everything. He was willing to admit what he couldn't assess and recommend another company to check the refrigerant even though he did not think that was the issue. Very happy with his service and he will definitely be my first call again next time.
