These folks did upstairs, downstairs and wide, steep stairway of my 1924 house with original floors. Came out warm and nice. And although I advised them they didn't need to be overly careful of the baseboards or stair risers (the woodwork was being sanded and painted later), there was little visible sign of a wandering sander. This was a challenging job; old, sticky varnish, a gigantic 1902 piano to move and work around. But the results were excellent at a fair price.

My floors were a mess due to several water leaks over the years as well as the fact that there have been as many as four dogs living there at once for the past 15 years. Van was reluctant to take on the project as he wanted them to be perfect but I explained that I was not loooking for perfect...just a lot better. Kim got me on the schedule very quickly and Van came in with his crew and worked for several consecutive days until they were done. They look amazing and in fact my friend who visited last night said that they look brand new! Highly recommend A-Z!
