I called and explained my phone condition and sent a picture. I was quoted 150, because the ECOATM quoted me 115.00. When I got there I showed the guy my text thread and he still said he couldn't pay the amount quoted. I took my device and went to EcoATM and actually got 120 for it. They were nice and establishment was very safe, unable to enter or exit without them unlocking the door. But I was unhappy that I wasted my time after conversation I had prior to driving 20 minutes in the opposite direction. This store helped me tremendously. I was in need a of a new phone after loosing my old one and the store owner was so nice. He was able to work with me and helped me get a phone in my price range. He also offered me a case and charger for my inconvenience of the wait time. I would recommend A-Z wireless as your 1st stop.
